Most products are grouped in what we call "Families" The product code of the family in this example is EO, order 10 or more Essential Oils (in this case) to get 5% discount - the discount will appear automatically in the shopping cart.

Add more outers to your basket to reach the volume discount level.
3. Volume Discount Unlocks
The lower price will unlock automatically when you reach the required item quantity.
4. Pay the Lower Price
