Everything you need to know about visiting our Sheffield showroom.
Do I need to book an appointment before visiting?
Yes, please arrange your visit in advance. You can call our team on 0114 2729 165 , contact us through online chat or email care@ancientwisdom.biz .
If you are already in the area, give us a call and we will try to accommodate your visit.
What are your opening hours and appointment times?
We are open Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm, excluding Bank Holidays. The first appointment is at 8:30am and the last booking slot is at 2:00pm.
Can I place an order during my visit?
Yes. You can view products, place an order and take it away on the same day. Our warehouse team can usually prepare orders within 30 minutes to two hours, depending on the size of the order.
Can I collect an order during my showroom appointment?
Yes. Place your order online or by phone as usual. At checkout, select the collection option in the delivery section and pay for your order online.
If you have a preferred collection date or time, include it in the special instructions at checkout.
How many people can visit the showroom?
We can usually accommodate up to four visitors. Please let us know how many people will attend. For larger groups, contact us in advance so we can advise.
What time should I arrive for same-day collection?
If you plan to place an order and take it away the same day, we recommend arriving before 2:30pm. This gives our warehouse team time to prepare your products before closing.
Can I have my showroom order delivered?
Yes. If you would prefer not to wait, we can arrange delivery of your order. This can be particularly helpful during busy periods. Our showroom manager can advise on collection timing once your order has been completed.
