We are always delighted to supply customers around the world and endeavour to make the process as simple as possible. Our products are often extremely well received outside the UK, with customers ordering regularly. 

UK, Europe and Rest of the World.

As a warm welcome, we are pleased to offer our New Customers 10% off their first order over £100 + VAT, and our existing customers can become Gold Reward Members, which allows them to buy our products at discounted prices. To cover administration, picking, and packing costs, a charge of £5 + VAT applies to orders of less than £50 + VAT. 

TERMS OF SHIPPING

Your orders are sent on DAP incoterms (Delivered At Place)

The buyer, you, is responsible for paying any import courier clearance fees, local taxes and import duties.

Important information: For Export orders, the Minimum order is £ 135 + VAT.

Please note: For export orders containing bulky products like furniture, displays, or molten glass, there may be an additional shipping charge.  

During peak trading periods (September–December) and bank holidays, order dispatch may take 1–3 working days.

Shipping Dangerous Goods

Some of our products are classed as dangerous goods (Pure Essential oils or products containing alcohol, such as Aroma Mists or Perfumes). We can confirm that we can Ship Dangerous Goods by road. For a special bulk order, please contact our Export Team. Please note Northern Ireland and Finland customers are only able to receive dangerous goods by air shipment. Minimum Order

No minimum Order for UK orders (To cover administration, picking and packing costs, a charge of £5 + VAT is made on orders of less than £50 + VAT)

For export orders, the Minimum order is £ 135 + VAT.

Payments

Payments will be in pounds sterling GBP; we accept all major credit or debit cards and also payment by Cheque, Direct Bank Transfer or PayPal.
We prefer that the first order be paid by Direct Bank Transfer; it is the best way to get to know each other and start a business partnership in trust and also confidence.

VAT

All prices quoted throughout this site are excluding VAT. 

EORI number (necessary for European customers)

Please make sure to provide your EORI number when purchasing from us. It is required to expedite the clearance operations when the goods reach the EU border.

Orders from America.

We do welcome orders from American customers, but please be aware that certain products, mainly made in China or Indonesia, will carry extra surcharges.

 If you want to know more, we can provide you with a proforma invoice of your order so you can enquire about it at your local revenue and taxes bureau.
