Epidote (Pistacite) is a stone of strong healing, metaphysical and physical properties. It offers protection from negativity during the development of inner awareness. Epidote is a stone that can support all healing processes. It stimulates the liver, the gall bladder and helps with the digestive process in the small intestine. Epidote can also help with disorders of the nervous system, the brain and also the thyroid.

This is a stone that can encourage recovery and regeneration after a severe illness, or indeed, after great exhaustion brought on by overwork. Epidote helps to lift the emotions, and also helps to dissolve sadness, sorrow, self-pity and grief.
