Order Collections
Collecting your order from our warehouse can be a convenient option if you are local, visiting the showroom or placing larger order. Please read the collection information below before placing your order.
1. ORDER ONLINE FIRST
Place your order online as normal and choose the collection option at the checkout (where available).
2. WAIT FOR CONFIRMATION
We will pick and prepare your order and email you once it's ready for collection. Please do not travel before confirmation.
3. BRING YOUR ORDER NUMBER
Bring your order number or invoice reference when collecting. ID may be required for higher-value orders.
Collection Information
Orders must be placed online first
Collection is not available for walk-in orders. All orders must be placed and paid for online before collection
Wait for confirmation
Please do not travel until you have received confirmation that your order is ready
Collection times
Collections are available Monday to Friday only during our working hours. We are closed on weekends and Bank Holidays.
Bring your order number
You or someone collecting on your behalf must bring the order number or invoice reference.
