Greetings from Spain

Where the holy week is set to begin, I have been to Malaga city a few times recently and the Holy week excitement is building. There is a BIG question in the air. And the Question is this: Is the City's favourite son coming home for Easter? he often does.. and will he, has is his custom take part in the majestic and solemn Holy Week processions. Speculation here. I'm talking of course about Antonio Banderas - the famous actor and major investor in this part of Spain. All those guys looking like the Ku Klux Klan with the peaked white capes look scary to me.. even if one of them is actually our Antonio. Scary.

Last week I was rambling on about how some people: "Bring more to the table" and others.. a small percentage of people.. take from the table, and how this, in the end, destroys relationships. You can read about it here.

It's Easter!  So lots of Easter wishes to all our customers, past future and present - especially those who keep up with this newsletter :)

Easter, of course, is a time for Bunnies & Chocolate (yay!).. sorry scrub that.. I should say (serious face, deep voice).. it's a time for Reflection and Renewal..

It's about .. you could say.. bringing more to the table.. giving more than you take.. our big example of this at Easter is Jesus who we learn laid down his life for his friends.. (and all mankind we are told) the very definition of love.

Anyway it's globally culturally accepted that this is a good thing..  all world religions have it that it is better to give than receive and those that do will prosper.. somehow this is ingrained ancient wisdom (see what I did there) in all humans worldwide. Instinctively we know this, evolutionary biologists think it is even hard-wired into our DNA.  Of course, there are a few (is this what they call a psychopath?) who can't help but take advantage of this element of human nature... Judas in the Easter story..

The buzz this week at Ancient Wisdom.. is that the Company.. AW has been Reborn!!

Apt at Easter no?

Why?  Well the old website with the angel and horse.. has died, is no more, has gone to the server in the sky.

Goodbye, rest in peace.

Long live Ancient Wisdom.. a NEW website is born.. 

After almost two years of hard work and development, (mostly by Raul our IT wizard in KL) we have finally taken the plunge and switched to a new mobile-friendly, customer friendly - all new version of AW.

We have actually been gradually changing all the sites starting with our Polish version, then Italian etc.. and the response has been generally good if not great.. and we keep learning as we move forward.

Changing the Big Daddy site (the UK one) was always going to be nerve racking - lots of things could go wrong.. but on Monday in the dead of night.. we did it..  since then we have been fixing things like crazy that don't look right..
