Hope you are enjoying life in the 2020's. It's a new age for sure.

Last week I was telling you about "Dreams coming true" in Spain and how to make big plans that happen, you can read about it here.

I'm in Spain for several reasons, one of which is helping to get our new Spain company up to speed.. AW Artisan in Malaga. It's so much fun starting new ventures.

SOL - what is it? It's big in the gift trade..

They have those TV programmes about Brits starting businesses in Spain, I often think life at AW would make great TV drama. One time I was in a local restaurant with Raul (our IT guy) and we found ourselves in a TV programme, we were actually the first customers of a new British owned fish restaurant.. if you search hard enough.. we are still there on Channel 4 - A New Life in the Sun.

I sometimes think that life at AW would make a great drama..

The new team at AW Artisan are bedding in well, and two of the customer service team will shortly go to the UK for intensive training.

Meanwhile our man in Spain - Toni is fast getting to grips with the products at AW and understanding the system whilst making friends with all the AW customers.

We finally got the new signage for the warehouse..

Meanwhile in the UK, new stock for Spring and what we like to call the "Season of Love" is arriving in swathes..

I'm so excited to see the new gemstone jewellery - especially the Gemstone Friendship Bracelets. Gemstone bracelets are seriously back in fashion, and since we (re) introduced the Power Bracelets a year or so ago the sales have grown and grown until they are our best selling jewellery range. These new Friendship Bracelets designed by Tomas (with some input from me - OK, mostly Tomas) - if you follow this newsletter you will know how much blood sweat and tears we put into developing this range. Perfect for friendships of all types not just sweethearts.. but perfect in your store ready for the "Season of Love".

Also we have a new range of Soap flowers in natural baskets - perfect for wedding gifts. (see below).

The Season of Love.. it's bigger than Christmas.

We call it the SOL - the Season of Love..

It officially kicks off with Valentines Day on the 14th February - which is a Friday, so the main shopping will be the weekend of the 8th - less than 4 weeks to go.

Then Mother's Day on 22nd March (only 10 weeks)

Then in April is Easter and all things Chocolate and fluffy bunny's (yellow candles and home fragrance).

Then Mother's Day again in Spain on 3rd May

Then it's the full blown Wedding Season - right through the summer.. wedding favours.. etc.

Which brings us to International Friendship Day on July 30th. (Did I mention the new Friendship Bracelets?) This is huge in India and Southeast Asia.. and growing more and more in UK and the EU.

So get ready for the SOL.. it's absolutely what the world needs more of.
