1. What are the tea blends made from? +

Our Artisan Tea Blends are crafted using carefully selected 100% natural ingredients, including premium tea leaves, herbs, flowers, fruits and spices, depending on the blend.

2. Who are these 1kg packs suitable for? +

They are ideal for cafés, restaurants, hotels, tea rooms, gift shops, refill stores and any retailer selling loose-leaf tea.

3. How much tea does a 1kg bag make? +

The exact number of servings depends on the blend and brewing strength, but one 1kg bag typically prepares several hundred cups of tea.

4. How should the tea be stored? +

Store the tea in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight in an airtight container to preserve its flavour and aroma.

5. Are the teas suitable for gifting? +

Yes. Many retailers repackage the loose-leaf tea into smaller bags, jars or gift boxes to create attractive retail products.

6. Do the blends contain artificial flavours or colours? +

No. The collection is made using natural ingredients selected for their flavour, aroma and visual appeal.

7. Can I serve these teas hot and cold? +

Absolutely. Most blends are delicious served hot and many also make refreshing iced teas during warmer months.

8. Why choose loose-leaf tea instead of tea bags? +

Loose-leaf tea generally contains larger, higher-quality ingredients, offering fuller flavour, better aroma and a more premium tea experience.
