24x Small African Tumble Stone - Grey Agate - Botswana

No, but accurate labelling makes a big difference. Keep each variety clearly identified and give staff a simple reference guide so they can answer basic questions without needing to be crystal experts.

Use separate, clearly labelled compartments and keep a reference stone or image with each name where possible. When replenishing, top up one variety at a time rather than opening several packs together.

A soft, dry or slightly damp cloth is the safest simple advice. Gemstones differ in hardness, porosity and possible treatments, so avoid recommending steam, ultrasonic cleaning or strong chemicals across the whole range.

They can be used creatively in jewellery, but tumble stones are not drilled like a bead. Customers may need wire wrapping, cages, macramé or another setting method depending on the project.

Choose shallow trays or compartments so stones cannot fall far when customers handle them. Avoid overfilling containers, and keep the display somewhere staff can easily tidy and check it throughout the day.
