Will every tarot or oracle deck fit inside these boxes? +

Not necessarily. Decks vary considerably in size, particularly oversized oracle cards and sets supplied with guidebooks, so customers should compare their deck dimensions with the individual box before buying. Larger multi-section designs are the better option for customers storing several decks or additional accessories.

Can cards be stored loose in the compartments, or should they stay in their original box? +

Either is possible, but keeping a deck in its original box or protective pouch gives the cards additional protection from dust and rubbing. Loose cards should be stored flat and kept away from anything sharp or abrasive that could damage their edges or printed surfaces.

Could the built-in card holder damage a tarot card? +

It is designed for displaying selected cards, but customers should insert and remove them gently rather than forcing thicker or unusually large cards into the slot. For valuable or collectable decks, prolonged display is also best avoided in strong direct sunlight, which can gradually fade printed materials.

What if a sliding drawer or rotating section becomes slightly stiff? +

Natural wood can expand and contract slightly as temperature and humidity change, so moving sections may occasionally feel tighter than usual. They should not be forced; keeping the box in a stable, dry indoor environment will help minimise movement in the wood.

How should customers clean the boxes? +

Dust with a soft, dry cloth and use a barely damp cloth for light marks, drying the wood immediately afterwards. Avoid soaking, abrasive cleaners and strong household chemicals, particularly around the carved detailing.
