Smudge Stick - Yerba Santa Sage 10cm

Yes — they're hand-bundled rather than machine-made, so size, leaf density and exact stick length vary slightly stick to stick and batch to batch. This is normal for the product and worth mentioning to customers rather than treating a size difference as a fault.

Light one end until it smoulders, then let it burn over a heatproof dish, shell or ceramic bowl to catch ash — customers shouldn't leave a burning stick unattended. Because they're dried herb, they're best stored somewhere dry; damp storage risks mould, which is part of why AW wraps each stick individually.

Ritual/offering bowls, incense holders and heatproof dishes are the natural pairing — customers buying a smudge stick usually need something to burn it in, so displaying the two together is an easy basket-builder.

The range goes well beyond plain white sage — cedar, lavender, copal, dragon's blood and several named mood blends are all available, which gives retailers room to offer alternatives to customers wary of the cultural-appropriation debate around white sage specifically.
