10x Round Bamboo Bread Baskets - 20x7cm
ChinaHow can I choose the right size for making gift baskets? +
Make a paper circle matching the basket diameter and arrange the proposed contents on it first. Remember to leave room for shredded paper and allow for the sides sloping inwards. The products should look generous without being squeezed together or disappearing into a sea of filling.
Can I split the trade pack and sell the baskets individually? +
Yes. They can be priced and retailed singly, used around the shop, or kept ready for making gifts. If adding your own price or branding, a tie-on tag or ribbon is kinder to the bamboo than a very sticky label.
What should I include when pricing a finished gift basket? +
Count the basket, products, shredded paper, cellophane, ribbon and gift tag—but do not forget the time spent putting it together. Ribbon does not tie itself, sadly. The finished price should cover the complete presentation and labour, not merely the products inside.
Can these baskets be used for bread or other unwrapped food? +
For unwrapped food, use a clean liner intended for food contact. Packaged foods are the simplest option for gift baskets.
