6x Felt Flowers - Daisy (assorted colours)

The flowers are handmade from felt using natural wool fibres. The fibres are worked with warm water and soap to create the felt, which is then cut, shaped and assembled into petals, leaves and flower heads.

The range is handmade in Nepal by one of AW’s long-standing felt suppliers. The supplier provides regular employment for women from villages around the Kathmandu Valley, giving retailers an interesting artisan story to share with their customers.

Sizes vary slightly according to the flower and because they are handmade. For example, the roses are approximately 31 cm long, while the lilies are around 25 cm long. The product descriptions indicate an approximate overall range of 25–35 cm per flower.

No—and that is part of their handmade character. Because the flowers are individually crafted, small variations in colour, shape and size are normal. Retailers can use this as part of the product story, helping distinguish the range from mass-produced artificial flowers.

They have strong year-round gifting potential and can also be promoted around occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, birthdays, weddings and housewarmings. Unlike fresh flowers, they do not wilt or require watering, so customers can keep them as a lasting decorative gift.

The flexible stems make the flowers easy to arrange in vases, bouquets, wreaths, gift baskets and window displays. A simple vase filled with several designs can create an eye-catching display near the till, while individual stems can work well as lower-priced add-on purchases.

Yes. One of the advantages of the range is that retailers can sell the flowers individually by the stem or combine several stems into bouquets. This gives you the flexibility to offer an affordable impulse gift as well as higher-value arrangements.
