Aventurine is a rare mineral from the group of silicates which is a variety of quartz. The green colour is due to the presence of chromium. 

Aventurine is used in lithotherapy primarily by people who have nervous problems, struggle with medications or stress. It helps to calm down, eliminates problems with falling asleep.

These gemstones are packed in bags of 24 and are approximately 20-30mm per stone.
