Because the orgonite element is carried alongside metal keys and other hard objects, light surface scratching and scuffing can develop over time; this is normal wear rather than necessarily a product fault. Customers wanting to preserve the finish should avoid throwing the keyring onto hard surfaces or carrying it against particularly sharp objects.

A soft, slightly damp cloth is normally sufficient, with a little mild soap if needed. Avoid abrasive pads, strong cleaning products, solvents and alcohol-based products such as hand sanitiser directly on the resin, as these may mark or dull the surface.

Occasional normal use should not be a problem, but prolonged exposure to excessive heat is best avoided. High temperatures can soften or distort some cured resins, while extended exposure to strong sunlight may contribute to discolouration over time.

Orgonite is associated with spiritual and energy-work traditions, but claims that it protects against electromagnetic pollution, improves health or produces measurable energy effects have not been scientifically verified. It is therefore better to describe these ideas as spiritual beliefs or traditional associations rather than established physical or therapeutic benefits.

Hanging the keyrings individually is preferable if you want display stock to remain pristine. A loose bowl can work for an informal impulse display, but repeated contact between metal fittings and resin pieces is more likely to create small scratches, so divided trays or individual hooks are the safer option.
