There is no technical calibration required. Some users choose to establish their own movements for “yes”, “no” and neutral before starting, but this is part of personal pendulum practice rather than a mechanical adjustment.

The standard chain is approximately 17 cm long and is designed to suspend the pendulum during use, not to be worn around the neck.

Individual hooks, pendulum stands or separated compartments are much easier to manage than putting several together in a bowl. Keeping one demonstration piece accessible also lets customers try the feel and balance without disturbing the whole display.

Keep cleaning gentle and store pieces separately where chains cannot tangle and gemstones cannot repeatedly knock together. Because the range contains several different gemstones and composite materials, do not use steam, ultrasonic cleaners or strong chemicals across the whole family.

Not exactly. These pendulums are handmade from gemstones, so variations in shape, size, colour and markings are normal from piece to piece. That natural variation is part of the character of the product rather than a fault.
